Job description

Reporting to Head of Engineering Systems, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:

To handle the daily operation of mission-critical engineering control and management systems

To carry out data maintenance on engineering systems

To provide service delivery and **escalate** potential service level failures to higher tiers of support

Requirements:

Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related disciplines

A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience

Solid knowledge of information technology systems

Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Working Location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided
