Job summary

DHL Group in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage general export/import shipments, customer bookings, inquiries, and cross-trade shipments. The role requires strong communication in English and Chinese and the ability to coordinate with operations and sales teams to optimize shipments and rates.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, be energetic and independent, and show strong negotiation and customer-focus skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or above or qualification equivalent to Level 4 of Qualifications Framework (QF).
• Preferably 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, independent and responsible.
• Detail-oriented and customer focus.
• Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Remarks: Less experience will be considered as Senior Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Handle general export/import shipments as per standard operation procedures.
• Handle customer booking, enquiries & complaints.
• Assist in handling cross-trade shipments.
• Coordinate with operations and sales departments on shipments and rates respectively.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas stations to achieve service excellence.
