Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive home-based care, assess fall risks, and develop personalized care plans. Travel to patient homes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless discharge planning.

We require AHPC accreditation and a minimum of 3 years of OT experience; senior positions may consider 6+ years. Office hours and a central HK location accompany a competitive salary with AWS and VB bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, home risk and functional independence.
• Formulate, execute, and adapt individualized care plans with assistive devices and home modifications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on daily living activities and safe transfers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, medical professionals, and community agencies for care coordination.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation in line with guidelines and risk management.
• Supervise therapy aides and guide OT students during placements.
• Participate in quality improvement, audits, and professional development.
• Travel to patient homes and community settings for personalized services.

• Up to $7,000 per month, AWS, VB

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy and home environment assessments to evaluate fall risks, safety, and functional independence.


• Formulate, execute, and adapt individual care plans, prescribing appropriate assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and home modifications.


• Educate and train patients and caregivers on daily living activities, ergonomics, and safe transfer techniques to support aging-in-place.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, medical professionals, and community welfare agencies to ensure seamless care coordination and discharge planning.


• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with institutional guidelines and risk management standards.


• Supervise therapy aides and provide clinical guidance to occupational therapy students during clinical placements.


• Participate in departmental quality improvement projects, clinical audits, and ongoing professional development initiatives.


• Travel to patient homes and community-based settings to deliver personalized home care services.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor in Occupational Therapy


• Min 3 years of experience as an OT. Over 6 years’ experience can consider Senior Position.


• Have AHPC accreditation
