Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented materials planner to support New Product Development and manage BOM and ECO for programs, ensuring material completeness at minimal cost and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Program Management, Factory, Materials Planning, Purchasing and other teams to drive BOM accuracy and material readiness for NPI projects. Responsibilities include aligning ERP schedules, creating requisitions, monitoring material

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Business or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years related working experience.
• Proficient in Chinese & English.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Detail minded, well organized and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
• 1 year fixed-term.

Responsibilities

• Assume material ownership for NPI by managing BOM and ECO.
• Interface with Design Engineering, Program Management, Factory, Materials planning and Purchasing.
• Create SRFs for shipments from HK for DE projects.
• Review factory schedules and build plans to drive ERP demand.
• Expedite purchase orders and ensure EC-controlled parts availability.
