Job summary

Hilti Asia Pacific is looking for a regional eCommerce leader to drive growth across North Asia. You will own strategy and performance for Hilti Online, Hilti Shopping App, and marketplaces, coordinating with Market Organizations to deliver an seamless omnichannel customer experience.

You will lead the launch and scaling of marketplace and eB2B initiatives, ensuring pricing governance and cross-channel consistency. A strong data-driven mindset and cross-market collaboration are required.

Qualifications

5+ years in eCommerce or digital channel leadership.
Proven experience launching and scaling marketplace models.
Experience in B2B or omnichannel environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional eCommerce growth strategy including assortment, pricing, promotions, and partnerships.
Own end-to-end performance of Hilti Online, Hilti Shopping App, and Marketplaces with MO-led execution.
Support the launch of eB2B with online procurement players in select MOs.
Drive adoption and repeat usage of Hilti Online and Hilti Shopping App.
Lead regional merchandising and catalogue creation to support new marketplace / eB2B onboarding and expansions.
Position Marketplace as a driver of incremental digital net sales and new buying platforms.
