Job summary

Rainbow Foundation in Hong Kong is seeking a highly enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated candidate to join the team as Assistant Event & Communication Officer. You will coordinate on-site support for events and camps, design marketing materials for CSR activities, and support partner communications with NGOs.

The role requires 4–5 years in marketing/communications/event management, strong admin skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum4-5 years’ experience in marketing, communications and/or event management; fundraising and NGO experience preferred.
• Strong administration and coordination skills.
• Good client servicing and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide on-site support for all aspects of events and camps.
• Design marketing materials and programs for CSR events and fundraising activities.
• Support communication and collaboration with corporate partners & charitable institutions.
• Manage database, prepare quotation & tender and regular summary reports.
