Network Support Engineer – On‑Call & Troubleshooting

Job description

Provide day-to-day network maintenance and operational support for customer environments.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ad hoc network and cybersecurity fault cases.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure fast incident resolution.

Provide outside work and non-office hour support on an on-call basis.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields (strong self-taught IT backgrounds are welcome).

Career-pivot candidates must possess foundational IT knowledge and a basic understanding of networking.

Fresh graduates with a strong passion for IT support are highly welcome.

Solid logical troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of security concepts.

CCNA certification is a strong plus.

Fluent in English and Cantonese with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
