• Experience with GSLB/GTM, LTM, IDS/IPS and Web Proxy services.

Job description

Continuously support and implement upgrades to the network and IT infrastructure, aligned with evolving technologies and business needs.

Oversee network and IT systems to ensure a stable, flexible, and load-balanced environment that supports IT development efforts.

Plan, execute, and monitor measures to safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems and data.

Work alongside outsourcing partners and internal team members, under the direction of a Project Manager, to sustain network infrastructure services.

Deploy and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, GSLB/GTM, and LTM components within the network infrastructure.

Track network system performance, manage incidents and problems, perform routine maintenance updates, create documentation, and provide support to IT infrastructure users, including both end-users and technical staff.

Produce documentation such as procurement specifications, diagrams, presentation decks, system manuals, and related materials.

Examine application usage trends to optimize network infrastructure performance and drive ongoing enhancements.

Explore and assess emerging technologies and industry best practices to strengthen network infrastructure capabilities.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent

At least 5 years of proven experience in the implementation and support of large-scale enterprise network infrastructure across multiple remote offices and data centers.

Hands-on experience with managing routers, switches, and firewalls. Comprehensive knowledge of network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, LACP, M-LACP and Knowledge of IDS/IPS, GSLB/GTM, LTM, and Web Proxy services.

At least 1 years experience in Border Gateway Protocol and Internet Firewall Technical Support
