Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and installation of technology infrastructure supporting our electronic trading business. The role involves building a new infrastructure in market-facing facilities and coordinating low latency hardware, circuits and cabling.

You will gather requirements, own the deployment plan, manage vendors and internal teams, report on status, and drive the project to completion in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of technology project management experience.
• Experience with Cisco and Arista hardware and vendor installations.
• Experience with network integrations, infrastructure build, data center builds and/or corporate real estate construction projects including floor build outs and relocations.
• Understanding of cabling and cable management.
• Knowledge of network integrations and/or network refresh and upgrades.
• Experience with Asia financial markets and/or market data providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project.
• Strong Excel, SharePoint, MS Project, ServiceNow skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks.

• Create and manage the Technology Change Management tickets.
• Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required.
• Schedule UAT testers and BAU signoffs.

Infrastructure Project Manager with New Office Build experience

Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and installation of technology infrastructure that supports our electronic trading business. The role involves the build of a new infrastructure in market facing facilities and includes the coordination and installation of low latency hardware, telecom circuits, and infrastructure cabling. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements and organizing and coordinating the deployment plan of new network infrastructure. The candidate will be leading the delivery of the project as well as reporting on the project status. This is an individual contributor role where the ideal candidate will own the installation of project activities.
