Job summary

Microware Limited is seeking an experienced network administrator to manage and troubleshoot enterprise networks, devices and services across routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. The role emphasizes performance monitoring, upgrades, and collaboration with architects on optimization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT experience, CCNP/Huawei advantage, and fluency in Cantonese/Putonghua. Weekend overtime is required with compensation leave provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of in-house IT working experience.
• Hands-on work experience on Cisco, Palo Alto, F5 and Fortinet.
• Solid understanding of network protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
• Certified with CCNP or Huawei network is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Knowledge in cloud platform network (Alicloud), SD WAN & SDN has advantage
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Job description

Perform network related administration including network devices setup and backup, patch upgrade and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience on Cisco Devices, Arista , F5 WAF , Imperva WAF and H3C Wifi.

Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.

Install and config various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless, VPN, QoS)

Leverage AI to enhance operational productivity.

Regular weekend overtime will be required and compensation leave will be provided.

Job Requirement:
