Qualifications

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing mobile-first videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Strong familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, shoot, and produce engaging short-form video and visual content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Plan and execute multi-brand marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand launches.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Implement foundational SEO tactics to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic on Google.
• Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate content ideation, copywriting, and creative workflows.
• Track KPIs, analyze social media metrics, and refine strategies based on data.
• Manage and grow the digital presence across three distinct bakery brands while staying on trend.
