Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing or related field.
• A few years of hands-on marketing experience across multiple areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication with good content sense.
• Ability to translate product and curriculum developments into marketing content.
• Basic filming or editing skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, lead generation, and landing pages.
• Willingness to use AI tools and learn new platforms.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging social content across platforms.
• Develop copy and briefs for digital campaigns with in-house creative team.
• Hands-on content creation and basic video editing when needed.
• Manage day-to-day social media content and community interactions.
• Plan digital marketing campaigns, track and optimize.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Support on-ground events and brand activities.
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Product, and Sales for content alignment.
• Experiment with new platforms and formats to reach audiences.
