Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a capable administrator to join the Claims-Motor Team in our Hong Kong office for a 12-month, full-time contract. The successful candidate will assist the Team Manager in motor claims handling and perform clerical duties to keep the workflow efficient.

Key tasks include sorting documents by policyholder, dispatching payment advice and cheques, scanning documents, and arranging courier services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's working experience
• Insurance industry experience would be advantageous
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

• Sort documents by policyholder and categorize into folders for scanning/uploading
• Dispatch payment advice, payment summary, cheque, and shortfall letter
• Scan documents and arrange courier services for dispatched cheques
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned
