Job summary

Occasional outdoor vehicle inspections and photography are required. Training is provided for candidates without prior motor claims experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills help you manage data and communications efficiently.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and administrative skills.
• Able to handle documents accurately and follow up on cases independently.
• Comfortable with occasional outdoor work, including working under the sun to inspect and photograph vehicle damage.
• Training provided for candidates without prior motor insurance claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle admin duties related to motor/car insurance claims.
• Assist customers with claim submissions and document completion.
• Liaise with customers, insurers, workshops and related parties.
• Maintain and update claim records and case status.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and claim progress.
• Prepare and submit claim documents, reports and photos.
• Inspect vehicles and photograph damage for claims.
• Occasionally work outdoors during inspections.
• Assist with filing, data entry, emails and phone enquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
