Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Product Sales professional at One Island East to deliver mortgage and banking solutions. You will build strong client relationships, provide expert recommendations, and drive mortgage-related sales in a fast-moving consumer banking environment.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, at least 5 years of relevant sales experience, and qualifications such as general insurance CPD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in consumer products or mortgages.
• Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., general insurance) with CPD adherence.
• Ability to establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders such as brokers.
• Strong sales drive with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers offering expert advice on mortgage and banking solutions.
• Manage end-to-end mortgage application process with efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrate agility to optimize performance amid market shifts.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting mortgage offerings.
