Job summary

Links International is seeking a Project Manager for market-leading MiC and modern construction projects in Hong Kong. You will oversee the project lifecycle from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Construction Management or a related field with 6+ years of HK experience in MiC, precast, or structural steel, and fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building or a related field.
• 6+ years in HK construction with MiC, Precast, or Structural Steel experience.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and factory visits as necessary to ensure that MiC and façade quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
