ARCA Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through handover. Based in Sai Ying Pun, you will coordinate with the main contractor, site staff, and sub-consultants to ensure timely, quality delivery.

The role demands registered architect credentials or substantial PM experience in local building projects, with leadership in safety and coordination meetings.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified and registered architect with 1+ year post-qualification experience.
• Alternatively, a non-architect with 10 years local building work experience in the PM capacity.
• Experience approving by the Architect of the Contract and chairing SSEMC meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily contact between Main Contractor and Resident Site Staff.
• Authorized to send correspondence to client, contractors and sub-consultants.
• Oversee project execution from planning and procurement to completion and handover.
