3cRGH is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) for a globally recognized Tier-1 main contractor in Hong Kong. You will lead day-to-day site operations on major bridge and heavy civil schemes, ensure safety, quality and schedule, and coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, 15+ years in civil construction, with at least 8 years as a Main Contractor PM, and bridge construction expertise; HKIE or MICE membership is

• 15+ years of civil engineering construction experience.
• Minimum 8 years as Main Contractor PM with bridge experience (essential).
• HKIE (Civil Discipline) or MICE membership is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction operations to meet program, budget, and specs.
• Develop construction methodologies, site logistics, and sequence plans with a bridge focus.
• Direct subcontractors, site engineers, and foremen to ensure safety, quality, and progress.
• Identify bottlenecks early and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with client reps, consultants, and government authorities on site matters.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager specializing in bridge and heavy civil construction. You will be responsible for leading day-to-day site operations, construction sequence planning, subcontractor management, and technical execution on major infrastructure schemes across Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction operations to ensure works are executed according to program, budget, and engineering specifications.
• Formulate construction methodologies, site logistics, and sequence plans with a heavy focus on bridge structures.
• Direct sub-contractors, site engineers, and foremen to maintain strict site safety, quality, and progress standards.
• Identify potential site bottlenecks early and implement effective corrective measures.
• Interface with client representatives, consultants, and relevant government authorities on site matters.

Key Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of civil engineering construction contract experience.
• Specialization: Minimum 8 years of experience acting as a Main Contractor's Construction/Project Manager, with extensive bridge construction experience (essential).
• Professional Standing: Corporate Membership in HKIE (Civil Discipline) or MICE (Chartered Civil Engineer) is highly preferable.
