Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is seeking a driven Design Engineer (MEP) to manage the MEP design from concept to handover on major construction projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review consultant/contractor MEP designs, and ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability targets.

The role requires a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, proven MEP design experience, and proficiency in BIM processes with ISO 19650.

• Familiarity with design stage guides.

Aufgaben

• Manage the MEP design process from concept through to construction and handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate MEP solutions into overall designs.
• Review, challenge, and approve consultant and contractor MEP designs and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and sustainability targets.
• Manage design risks, change control, and technical issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related queries.
• Support value engineering to optimize performance and cost.
• Guide junior engineers and help develop team best practices.
