Job summary

The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hong Kong. The role focuses on welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, member registration and billing, and maintaining clear communication with English- and Chinese-speaking members.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or above, have at least two years of related experience, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent with good organizational and communication skills.
• Available for a 5-day work week, including night shifts until 9 PM on weekdays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general receptionist duties, including handling of public enquiries, complaints, appointment booking, member registration and billing.
• Responsible for communication and dissemination of information with members.
• Update and manage member information in CRM system.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
