Qualifications

• At least 5 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with medical operations or patient programs focus.
• 1-3 years in leadership roles within medical operations or related programs.
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments in Taiwan and Hong Kong, especially patient support programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational frameworks for medical activities (medical information, communications, advisory boards, investigator-initiated studies).
• Lead cross-functional medical project management with governance for prioritization and timely delivery.
• Drive standardization of medical processes across Taiwan and Hong Kong to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee medical budget planning and resource allocation for optimal impact.
• Champion medical excellence initiatives and establish evidence-generation frameworks like real-world studies.
• Drive digital transformation and quality assurance across medical operations.
• Manage patient support programs, ensuring access, affordability, and adherence.
• Engage with Global Medical Operations and regional teams to align strategies and share knowledge.
