Qualifications

• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with medical operations experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional medical projects and governance structures.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational frameworks for medical activities including information, communications, advisory boards, and investigator-initiated studies.
• Lead cross-functional medical project management with governance for prioritization, resources, and timely delivery.
• Drive standardization of medical processes across Taiwan and Hong Kong for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee medical budget planning and resource allocation to maximize impact.
• Champion medical excellence initiatives and frameworks for local evidence generation.
• Lead capability-building programs in scientific communication, medical writing, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive medical innovation and digital transformation in operations and HCP engagement.
• Implement quality assurance systems ensuring regulatory compliance and internal standards.
