Job summary

Novartis Hong Kong is seeking a Medical Governance, Evidence & Ops Manager to lead governance, evidence-generation strategies and medical operations. You will partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, ERC, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient medical execution that supports patient outcomes.

You will drive local governance frameworks, support country evidence plans, and oversee studies, publications, and materials review in line with global standards while

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field.
• Master's degree, PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive medical governance, training, and compliance programs across Medical Affairs.
• Oversee evidence generation plans, IIT/NIS, and RWE initiatives.
• Coordinate medical materials review and local promotional material alignment.
• Ensure timely responses to medical inquiries and maintain risk controls.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory, Legal, ERC, and Quality.
