Prudential plc in Hong Kong is looking for an Account Manager to lead the growth of assigned agencies, optimize performance metrics such as APE and MDRT, and strengthen the agency network across the Zone. You will act as a business consultant to agency leaders, participate in monthly and quarterly planning, and build a robust agency management model with strong compliance monitoring to lift quality.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, 8+ years in insurance sales or sales management,

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in the insurance industry, preferably from sales or sales management roles.
• Strong understanding of agency distribution and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Drive business growth (APE, MDRT, Recruitment, Active Ratio) through KPI study and full execution.
• Perform business consultant role to provide ideas to agency leaders and collaborate with enablers.
• Build professional agency management model in agency through planning activities and strategy development.
• Implement compliance monitoring to improve agency quality.
