Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to lead, develop, and execute agent and client events to drive productivity. This role requires strong project management, event design, and excellent stakeholder coordination.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above and 5+ years’ event management experience, with proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese typing. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, Wealth Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in event and project management.
• PC skills in MS Office, including Power Point, Excel and Chinese character typing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute on agent and client events to help drive productivity.
• Design and execute end to end agent and client seminars and events including project management, poster design and communication.
• Coordinate and communicate with event stakeholders including external speakers, professional partners, internal key parties and agents.
