Lead and manage the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) client portfolio within the Corporate Banking business of the Wholesale Banking Group.
Develop and execute a sector-focused business strategy to grow market share, revenue, and profitability within the TMT segment, aligned with the Bank's overall strategic objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, founders, promoters, shareholders, and senior executives of leading TMT companies across the region.
Identify and originate opportunities across lending, cash management, treasury, trade finance, capital markets, investment banking, sustainable finance, and other value-added banking solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, regulatory developments, and strategic business priorities.
Monitor industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging risks within the TMT sector to proactively identify opportunities and manage risk exposures.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, integrity, accountability, and client-centricity while developing a high-performing team capable of delivering sustainable business growth.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 18 years of corporate banking experience, with significant leadership experience covering large corporate or multinational clients, preferably within the TMT sector.
Proven track record in corporate lending, relationship management, and business development.
Extensive experience in credit assessment, portfolio management, and risk governance.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong credit analysis and structuring expertise.
Ability to lead transformation initiatives, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
