Hill Sound Limited is seeking a Part-Time / Intern Sales Assistant to join its office-based trading team in Kwai Hing, Hong Kong. You will handle order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination for high-volume transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities include documentation management, stock monitoring, and maintaining client databases while communicating with suppliers and business accounts. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current student or graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Prior experience in office administration, data entry, logistics coordination, or trading environments is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to perform AI-powered market research and product sourcing activities.
• Basic awareness of consumer electronics and computer product categories for data entry.
• Professional written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Input, process, and track high-volume buy and sell orders with accuracy.
• Prepare and organize price sheets, proforma invoices, POs, and delivery notes.
• Coordinate shipments with warehouse teams and freight forwarders.
