JPC Texson Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an entry-to-mid‑level Marketing and Customer Coordination professional to support quotation activities, manage customer relationships and coordinate projects with the Dongguan plant. You will assist in proposal preparation, maintain accounts with existing clients, and liaise on product inquiries and timelines.

Some travel to Dongguan factory is required. This role offers a clear career path within a fast‑growing international manufacturing group and a 5‑day

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1+ years experience in marketing, customer service, or project coordination.
• Experience in the manufacturing field and project management is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in precision metal or plastic parts is a big plus.
• Proficiency in MS applications, strong in Excel.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Marketing Manager in handling quotation tasks and preparing budget proposals based on factory records, customer requirements, and current conditions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Provide customer service and support to prospective customers.
• Coordinate with customers in relation to product enquiries and project requirements.
• Follow up on projects and work directly with the plant on production planning and commitment.
• Manage ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
• Support marketing and customer-related administrative tasks as needed.
• Occasional trips to Dongguan factory as required.
