Job summary

JPC Texson Ltd, a long-established manufacturing group headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks a Finance & Accounting Leader to consolidate financial reporting across HK and the Dongguan factory. You will oversee full-set accounts, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and cash-flow planning, reporting to the Business Owner.

You will manage the HK team and collaborate with manufacturing and export operations, ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is essential.
• Candidates with HKICPA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hong Kong accounting team (currently two Accountants).
• Oversee accounting and finance operations for the Dongguan factory.
• Handle full-set accounts, month-end and year-end closing, consolidation, audit and tax matters.
• Prepare timely management reports, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.
• Review factory costing, inventory controls and gross-margin performance.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and tax advisers; provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Travel to Dongguan as required.
