JPC Texson Ltd is seeking a logistics coordinator with project-management experience to support a European fashion brand across Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region. You will coordinate shipments, inventory, and store-opening projects while collaborating with customers, service providers, and internal teams.

You will handle regional logistics operations, monitor invoices, and travel within the Asia-Pacific region as needed to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 2 years with a logistics service provider, 3PL/4PL, or distribution centre.
• Project-management experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse projects is required.
• Experience coordinating multi-provider logistics and store-opening projects.
• Knowledge of regional distribution networks and customs procedures is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support logistics and distribution operations for a European fashion brand across China and Asia-Pacific.
• Coordinate logistics activities and communicate between customer, service providers and internal teams.
• Manage regional logistics service requests and monitor shipments and inventory.
• Lead project plans for new store openings and track timelines and actions.
• Provide on-site and off-site support for new store openings and coordinate with partners.
• Travel occasionally within Asia-Pacific to support operations and review invoices.
