Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support quotation tasks, engage with customers, and coordinate product enquiries. This role may involve working from Dongguan depending on business needs, and requires good English/Mandarin communication and MS Office proficiency.

You will assist with budget proposals, monitor accounts receivable on dedicated accounts, and collaborate with the plant on production planning.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistic, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the marketing field. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Proficiency in using MS applications including Excel (Macro), SQL, VBA
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• To assist the Marketing Manager in handling quotation tasks.
• Maintain relationship with existing customers
• Provide customer service to the prospective customers
• Coordinate with customers in relation to the product enquiry
• Follow up projects and work directly with plant on production planning & commitment
• Account receivable monitoring on the dedicated account
• To estimate budget proposal by referring factory record, requirements and current conditions
• To manage ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned
