Job summary

CPJobs International in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing Assistant (Manufacturing) to support the Marketing Manager with quotation tasks, customer relations and product enquiries. Fresh graduates are welcome.

You will coordinate with customers and the plant on production planning, monitor accounts receivable for the assigned account, and assist in budget estimation. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, VBA and English/Mandarin is preferred; some duties may require working from Dongguan.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience; fresh graduates welcomed.
• IANG visa holder will be considered.
• Manufacturing experience and project management are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel (Macro), SQL and VBA.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in handling quotation tasks.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Provide customer service to prospective customers.
• Coordinate with customers on product enquiries.
• Follow up projects and work with plant on production planning and commitments.
• Monitor accounts receivable for the dedicated account.
• Estimate budget proposals by referring to factory records and requirements.
• Manage ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
