• Strong expertise in digital marketing: social, content, SEO and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Budget management and ROI optimisation experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager to join UH GROUP LIMITED. This is a full-time position based in Wong Chuk Hang, Southern District. As Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial strategic role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives that align with our corporate objectives and contribute significantly to the company's market position and commercial success.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company products and services across multiple channels
• Lead the planning, execution and evaluation of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints
• Manage and oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, content creation and website optimisation
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities and customer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product and operations to ensure consistent messaging and campaign effectiveness
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking expenditure and return on investment for all marketing activities
• Create compelling marketing materials, including copy, graphics, presentations and promotional content
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors and media partners
• Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture

Requirements

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, content marketing, SEO and email marketing
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies to senior leadership and diverse audiences
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and ROI optimisation
• Creative thinking combined with strong organisational and project management abilities
• Leadership experience with proven capability to build, develop and motivate high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree required in any field
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms and marketing automation software
• Excellent knowledge of the Hong Kong market and consumer behaviour is highly desirable
