Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to plan and execute integrated campaigns across retail stores, roadshows, digital platforms, social media, print and outdoor media. You will drive promotions for major retail periods and collaborate with Sales, Merchandising and E‑Commerce teams.

You will manage campaigns from concept to execution, monitor performance and coordinate events such as roadshows, product launches and store openings while handling

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management or a related discipline
  • At least five years of relevant marketing experience, including experience in retail marketing, roadshows, exhibitions or event management
  • Proven ability to plan and manage campaigns and events from concept through execution and evaluation
  • Strong project management, budgeting, negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and campaign performance measurement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing and able to work outside normal office hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, when required for roadshows and events
  • Able to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
  • Able to work under a tight timeline in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail stores, roadshows, digital platforms, social media, print, outdoor media and other relevant channels
  • Drive promotional campaigns for major retail periods, including festive seasons, product launches, warehouse sales and other key sales events
  • Work closely with Sales, Merchandising and E-Commerce teams to develop suitable campaign mechanics, promotional messages and customer offers
  • Maintain a marketing calendar and ensure that campaigns and materials are delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Plan, organise and manage roadshows, exhibitions, fairs, atrium events, store openings, product launches and customer engagement activities
  • Develop event concepts, layouts, promotional activities and customer engagement programmes to increase footfall, leads and sales
  • Coordinate venue bookings, licences, permits, insurance, contractors, logistics, manpower, security and other operational requirements
  • Work with the digital and e-commerce teams to plan online campaigns that support retail and roadshow activities
  • Monitor campaign reach, engagement, website traffic, enquiries, leads and conversions
