Job summary

hkmci-people is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and coordinating promotional activities.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about marketing trends. You’ll work across campaigns, content creation, social media, SEO, email, and events while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to draft engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters and websites.
• Ability to assist with graphic design (Canva) or basic video editing.
• Experience coordinating campaigns and events is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events).
• Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Maintain marketing calendars and schedules.
• Liaising with vendors and other third parties.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Support solution-based, regional marketing activities & internal events.
• Draft engaging content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
• Schedule and monitor social media content (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Run social media channels.

• Conduct competitor and industry research.
