Job summary

Kee Wah Bakery, part of Kee Wah Group Limited, invites a Marketing Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. You will plan and execute social media content calendars across Chinese and English, create compelling captions, and coordinate visuals with internal teams to support e‑shop operations and campaigns.

You will track performance, liaise with KOLs and media partners, and ensure accurate product information and promotions across channels, contributing to a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media, e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with social media content management and e-commerce operations, including product listings and promotional set-up.
• Strong Chinese and English copywriting and communication skills.
• Good visual sense and basic experience in coordinating or creating photo, video or design content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand, product, seasonal and campaign priorities.
• Create Chinese and English social content, captions and briefs; coordinate photo, video and UGC assets.
• Publish and optimize content, manage comments and messages, and coordinate follow-up with customer service and internal teams.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, recommend improvements, and coordinate KOL, creator and media partnerships.
• Support daily e-shop operations, including product listings, content updates, promotion set-up and website checks.
• Ensure product information, pricing, visuals and promotional terms are accurate and consistent across e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate inventory, product launches, promotions and order communications to ensure a smooth customer journey.
