We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive to drive sales targets, boost customer engagement, and influence brand growth by bringing consistent, impactful omnichannel experiences to life. Job Responsibilities
Your Mission (Main Responsibilities)
  • Trade and Retail Marketing Activation
  • Execute Retail Campaigns: Implement retail marketing plans, promotional programs, gifting strategies, and consumer events aligned with the trade calendar.
  • Optimize Promotions: Support tactical promotional strategies, monitor the resources and deliver performance insights.
  • Ensure Timeline Adherence: Monitor marketing timelines to guarantee all retail promotions are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with cross-functional teams across Retail, IT, and Supply Chain teams to drive end-to-end retail execution, optimize inventory allocation, and deploy flawless system deployment.
  • Manage Retail Relationships: Build strong partnerships with key retailers to secure high-impact promotional space and maximize mutual trade business opportunities and channel performance.
  • Develop Marketing Materials: Support the creation of marketing materials tailored to specific channels and target audiences, ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Marketing Campaign Support
  • Support Launch Activations: Assist in the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and GTM plans for new product launches.
  • Manage External Vendors: Collaborate with external agencies, joint-promotion partners, and vendors to deliver campaign communication objectives on time.
  • Maintain Brand Alignment: Work closely with internal marketing team to maintain cohesive brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Reporting and Marketing Administration
  • Analyze Performance: Prepare regular promotional reports, analyze campaign effectiveness, and extract actionable insights for future optimization.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Conduct market research and competitive analysis across digital, social, and retail touchpoints to identify emerging trends and target audience opportunities.
  • Manage Budget & Admin: Support day-to-day administrative operations, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and purchase orders administration.
  • Ad-Hoc Special Projects: Execute time-sensitive marketing initiatives and ad-hoc business requests, delivering rapid solutions to support overarching revenue goals.

Project Management: Demonstrates a proven ability to manage marketing projects from initial concept through successful completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery within budget and scope. This includes defining project goals, creating project plans, managing resources, monitoring progress, and mitigating potential risks. Communication and Presentation Skills: Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present marketing plans, campaign performance reports, and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, including senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Marketing or related field with 2 - 3 years’ relevant experiences, preferably in Beauty and FMCG with Retail Marketing background is preferred.
