Leadingnation is seeking a Marketing Lead to manage a diverse 50+ venue portfolio, own end-to-end campaigns, and lead digital marketing efforts across social platforms. You will collaborate with culinary teams, store operations, and designers to drive seasonal promotions and new openings.
The role requires 5–8 years of marketing experience in F&B/hospitality, strong creativity, and Cantonese/English fluency (Mandarin a plus). Immediate availability preferred.
Campaign & Brand Management: Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, seasonal menus, festive promotions (e.g., Mooncakes), and new restaurant openings across our diverse brand portfolio.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee and manage official digital platforms and social media channels (e.g., FB, IG, and mainland Chinese platforms like Xiaohongshu/Dianping where applicable). Drive content creation, copywriting, and basic multimedia production.
PR & Influencer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, food critics, and food influencers (KOLs) to maximize brand exposure and secure positive coverage.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal culinary teams (Executive Chefs), store operations, and graphic designers to ensure seamless, on-the-ground execution of all promotional activities.
Market Analysis & CRM: Monitor market trends, track campaign performance (ROI), and support CRM/membership loyalty programs to drive repeat customer traffic.
Lead minor marketing projects independently, manage vendor relations, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
5 - 8 years or above of solid marketing experience within the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong sense of creativity, excellent trend awareness, and a proven track record in digital marketing or social media management.
Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English. Professional proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded.
