Prohealth Asia Limited seeks a Marketing and Business Development Associate to craft engaging videography and photography content for physiotherapy social channels. You will help plan and run corporate health talks, collaborate with clinicians and partners, and support marketing and business development priorities.
You will film and edit short-form videos, manage content calendars, write captions, and produce on-brand graphics with basic motion.
We're looking for a creative, organised self-starter who can create engaging videography and photography content for our physiotherapy social channels while helping to plan and run corporate health talks and events. You'll work closely with clinicians, the operations team and external partners to educate patients and corporate clients, tell the Prohealth Asia story and support marketing and business development priorities.
Key responsibilities
Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and other Prohealth Asia social media channels, including exercise demonstrations, treatment explainers, practitioner introductions and patient education snippets.
Capture high-quality content and B-roll of clinics, team activities and corporate events for social media, websites and marketing materials.
Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, awareness months and business priorities.
Write engaging captions and copy in a consistent brand voice, adapting content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
Use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush or similar tools to produce clean, on-brand graphics and edited videos with subtitles and basic motion graphics.
Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, saves and clicks, and recommend improvements.
Support end-to-end coordination of corporate health talks, workshops and screenings, including logistics, run-of-show, materials and on-day execution.
Liaise with corporate HR contacts and internal clinicians to confirm topics, dates, venues, AV requirements and attendee numbers.
Prepare event collateral including slide decks, handouts, sign-in sheets, feedback forms and content-capture plans.
Collate feedback and prepare basic post-event reporting covering attendance, leads and satisfaction, followed by recap posts or highlight reels.
Key Requirements:
1–3 years' experience in content creation, social media, events, marketing or business development coordination; healthcare, wellness, fitness or B2B experience is an advantage.
Strong smartphone and camera skills, including framing, lighting, audio and vertical short-form video editing.
Comfortable on camera and able to direct clinicians or other contributors naturally and professionally.
Excellent written English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient with Canva and at least one video-editing application such as CapCut, Premiere Rush or DaVinci Resolve; comfortable with Google Workspace.
Willingness to travel within Hong Kong to our various clinics and corporate client sites.
