Ordinary Folk is seeking a multidisciplinary Full-Stack Designer in Hong Kong to turn ideas into creative for health brands Noah and Zoey. You’ll work across static design, video, motion, email and web, transforming briefs into assets and owning one brand, condition and market.
You will collaborate with a Creative Strategist to turn customer insight into ideas, measure performance, and build templates and standards for scalable output across channels.
Ordinary Folk is a consumer healthcare company building a better way for people across Asia to manage their health.
Through Noah, our men's health brand, and Zoey, our women's health brand, we have served more than 200,000 users across Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. We support people across conditions including sexual health, hair loss, weight management, hormonal health and fertility.
Many of these are chronic or recurring conditions that require ongoing care, yet treatment can still feel difficult, fragmented or uncomfortable to access. We use technology to bring consultations, treatment, pharmacy fulfilment and continued support into one seamless experience, making it easier for patients to get care and stay on it.
We are building towards a future where high-quality healthcare is more accessible, personalised and continuous. Our ambition is to become the leading consumer healthcare company in Asia, helping millions of people take better control of their long-term health.
We are looking for a multidisciplinary Full-Stack Designer who can turn ideas into creative that people notice, understand and act on.
You will work across static design, short-form video, motion, email and web, taking creative from the initial brief through to the finished asset. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making, experimenting and moving fluidly between formats.
You will be part of a focused marketing pod alongside a Creative Strategist, with ownership over one brand, condition and market. Together, you will turn customer insight into creative ideas, bring those ideas to life and use real performance data to understand what resonates.
What makes the role exciting is the breadth of the creative challenge. You may be translating a complex health topic into something immediately understandable, finding a more human way to talk about a sensitive condition or creating a campaign that changes how people think about seeking treatment.
Your work will not sit several layers away from the outcome. You will see what launches, how it performs and how it contributes to the growth of the brand. You will also help build the templates, systems and creative standards that allow us to produce better work at greater scale.
