Job summary

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in Logistics Management is required.
• Associate’s Degree in Logistics Management is preferred.
• Languages: Proficient in national language; elementary in English.
• Work experience: experience in administrative or clerical role.

Responsibilities

• Manages airfreight shipments from origin to destination and ensures timely delivery.
• Prepares customs documentation and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Monitors shipment status and provides timely updates to clients.
• Communicates with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Prepares and manages bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Manages costs for airfreight exports and negotiates with carriers.
• Addresses issues during export to avoid delays or discrepancies.
• Ensures activities comply with laws, regulations and company policies.

.The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of logistics operations through meticulous administrative and clerical support.
Managing essential office tasks, coordinating logistics activities, and providing comprehensive support to the team. This role demonstrates dependability in handling tasks, a caring attitude towards team collaboration, a proactive approach to improving processes, and a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate and solve challenges, all contributing to the operational success of the company.

• Manages the logistics of airfreight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
• Handles customs documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations to facilitate the export process.
• Monitors the status of shipments and providing timely updates to clients.
