Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics of airfreight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance to facilitate exports.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients.
• Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage documents for airfreight exports (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
• Negotiate rates with carriers and manage export costs.
• Address issues during the export process and ensure adherence to laws and company policies.
