Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Analyze complex data sets and draw risk-focused conclusions.
• Understanding of Prime Brokerage, hedge funds, derivatives, margin or collateral management.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Demonstrate analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Experience in assessing operational and market risk in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, credit, FX, commodities and derivatives is advantageous.
• Excel and analytical tools; Access is advantageous.
• 2+ years of relevant experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide margin quotes with Risk, Sales and Trading teams.
• Develop, stress test and implement margin lending models with Risk, Strats and Tech.
• Perform exposure analysis across client portfolios to identify risks.
• Explain margin methodologies, analytics and reporting in client meetings.
• Monitor client positions and margin requirements for policy compliance.
• Issue margin calls and investigate exceptions timely.
• Analyze portfolio activity across products to identify risks.
• Collaborate with Clients, Risk Management, Account Managers and Technology teams.
• Drive strategic process improvements with global Margin and MORS teams.
