Qualifications

• Quantitative degree or related field required.
• Strong programming skills in at least two languages (Python, SQL, Q/KDB+).
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading or risk concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting/analytics for Prime Brokerage client metrics.
• Analyze inventory efficiency and desk workflows.
• Support analytics/ad-hoc development for new products.
• Develop/enhance strat tools for Sales/Trading.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Controllers to improve processes.
• Deliver quick, time-to-market enhancements to trading flows.
