Job summary

Charterhouse Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned HR leader to shape talent strategy and lead recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will craft talent programs, build talent pools, and establish succession planning frameworks while advising senior stakeholders. A minimum of 10 years of HR experience is required.

Experience in talent development and HRBP roles is valued. A tertiary degree in HR or Psychology is required; global exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years hands-on HR experience in a sizable environment
• Talent acquisition experience essential; HRBP background a plus
• Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders with excellent influential experience
• Strong business acumen and proactive attitude

Salary: HK$50000 - HK$58000 per month + Discretionary Bonus

Requirement:
