Qualifications

• Have a Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Social Services, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse operational and administrative teams.
• Have strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to empower staff and support residents.
• Be highly organised, with the ability to oversee multiple portfolios, from financial administration to program design and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Programme and Volunteer Management to curate engaging activities and strong community partnerships.
• Lead Employee Wellbeing and Administrative Support, onboarding, staff welfare initiatives, and regulatory submissions.
• Direct Care and Service Liaison, seamless resident admissions, discharge processes, and continuous quality improvement.
