Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited invites applications for an Assistant Centre Manager to lead Active Ageing Centre operations and a sub-region. You will ensure smooth AAC functioning, evaluate centre outcomes, and collaborate with funders and stakeholders to deliver vibrant programs for seniors.

Candidates should hold a Masters or Diploma with relevant experience, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and be proficient with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Masters or degree in Business Management / Psychology / Gerontology (Diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered).
• Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment with strong listening and communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite Applications and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative matters of Active Ageing Centre(s).
• Ensure timely evaluation and accurate reporting of centre outcomes to management and funders.
• Support and guide team members through formal learning, on-the-job learning and mentorships.
• Plan and lead community outreach activities to promote AAC programmes.
• Build partnerships with Regional Health System, Community Partners and Volunteers.
• Empower and develop active seniors to serve other vulnerable seniors in the community.

You will manage an Active Ageing Centre/s (AAC) within a sub-region as Assistant Centre Manager. Centre Managers may be expected to manage a few AAC within a sub-region. You will also ensure smooth operations of the AAC and work closely with key stakeholders to implement initiatives to inspire, energise and celebrate joyful living for our seniors.

You will need to

Qualification

You should:

• Hold a Masters or Degree in Business Management / Psychology / Gerontology or other relevant fields (Diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered)

• Be proficient in Google Suite Applications
