Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is seeking an Executive, Programmes & Services to lead one of the core portfolios at our eldercare facilities. This non-clinical role reports to the Manager, Programmes & Services, and focuses on resident-centred care initiatives guided by the Eden Alternative model.

You will rotate across Programme & Volunteer Management, Care & Service Liaison, or Employee Wellbeing & Administrative Support, participating in Care Enhancement Projects and ensuring

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a passion for working with elderly residents.
• Be adaptable, customer-focused, and eager to learn across multiple administrative and operational functions.
• Possess a collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently on projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead one core portfolio (Programme and Volunteer Management, Care and Service Liaison, or Employee Wellbeing & Administrative Support) with potential rotation across portfolios.
• Champion resident-centred care initiatives to combat loneliness and boredom, and empower frontline staff.
• Coordinate end-to-end resident admission and discharge journeys with compassionate support for families.
• Administer government financial assistance applications and conduct structured financial reviews with residents and families.
• Drive quality improvements, support regulatory standards, and collect feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support to nursing teams and committees, ensuring smooth operations.
