Job summary

Leadingnation seeks an experienced Enterprise Technology Architect to oversee the design, development and operation of large-scale systems in Hong Kong. You will drive AI adoption, ERP insights and digital transformation roadmaps across the enterprise.

The role requires leading lifecycle governance, deploying AI tools and managing vendor relationships, with strong expertise in architecture and operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering large-scale systems and digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of ERP financial modules and reporting within major solutions.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle management and architecture governance.
• Drive AI and data-driven solution adoption across enterprise platforms.
• Experience with enterprise technology strategy and operating models.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in system design and development
• Oversee the design, development, operation of large-scale systems
• Drive the adoption of AI and data-driven solutions
• Strong understanding of financial & reporting modules within major ERP solution
• Experience in using a well-structured life cycle management process
• Define and execute digital transformation roadmaps and system architectures
• Lead the deployment of local LLM environments, internal AI tools, and workflow
• At least 8 years of experience in digital transformation environments
• Provide Power Platform, Sharepoint and Teams administration and support
• Responsible for business demand analysis, solution providing & project delivery
• Provide project and vendor management on development projects
• To lead enterprise technology strategy, architecture and operating models
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
• A minimum of 14 years’ relevant experience
