Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Business Analysis to partner with Finance and Legal to analyze end-to-end processes and recommend AI-driven solutions. You will identify AI/ML opportunities, translate needs into functional specs, and guide architects and developers for secure, enterprise-grade implementations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years BA/digital transformation experience with 3–5 in leadership.
• Led BA for large-scale transformations across Finance, Legal, Risk, Procurement, or Compliance.
• Hands-on AI/analytics experience: automation, document intelligence, predictive analytics, anomaly detection.
• Familiar with data platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience running SME workshops and documenting complex requirements.
• Expert in process analysis & re-engineering with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms (SAP, workflow, document mgmt, e-billing, contract lifecycle).
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders across functions.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure tech solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Legal stakeholders to analyze end-to-end processes and recommend technology and AI-driven solutions.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities within finance processes (forecasting, anomaly detection, reconciliations, risk management).
• Translate business needs into structured functional specifications covering AI, data, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions are calculable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Oversee business cases, cost-benefit analyses, SLAs, OLAs, and governance frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Support end-to-end transformation delivery, ensuring effective implementation, user adoption, and change management.
• Present data-driven recommendations and solution trade-offs to facilitate decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems using automation and AI where feasible.

Solid understanding of enterprise processes, governance, and regulatory requirements

Hands‑on AI/analytics exp: automation, document intelligence, predictive analytics, anomaly detection

Familiar with data platforms, Power BI, and AI‑enabled solutions

Proven ability to run SME workshops and document complex requirements

Expert in process analysis & re‑engineering with measurable outcomes

Track record in functional specs, SLAs, OLAs, governance docs, and requirements traceability

Knowledge of enterprise platforms (SAP, workflow, document mgmt, e‑billing, contract lifecycle)

Cross‑functional system integration exp for seamless data flow

Can translate business needs into scalable, secure tech solutions aligned with enterprise architecture

Proficient in BA frameworks: process mapping, Agile/Scrum, SDLC

Skilled at presenting data‑driven insights and solution trade-offs
